This manifesto is written for all women and contains principles and values that, when followed, can help any woman achieve greater balance and fulfilment in life.
Read this manifesto, and if the values expressed in it resonate with you, allow them to become part of your life – so that you may flourish, find inner harmony, and share it with the world.
Acceptance of Freedom
1. I choose to be free in the realization of any of my desires.
Regardless of what others may think, I acknowledge the importance of my desires and promise myself the freedom to pursue them.
This is a right I possess simply by being born.
2. I choose to freely build any worldview and perspectives without being bound to only one specific ideological, religious, or political group.
I am not required to belong to only one ideological, political, or religious group. I am free to shape my own worldview, to combine ideas from different traditions, to participate in communities that resonate with me, or to remain independent of them.
3. I choose to be free in choosing any life path that I like.
No one has the authority to dictate what kind of life I should live. Only I decide what my path will be.
4. I choose to freely accept, express, and enjoy my sexuality as an energy of creation in all its forms and expressions.
I allow myself to experience pleasure, to care for my body, and to treat it with respect and appreciation.
Acceptance of Form
5. I choose to be a beautiful, soft, well-groomed, and sexy doll as a symbolic form of embodied feminine energy in the body given to me.
I take care of myself not because of external expectations, but because it matters to me. Beauty is one of the ways my inner energy expresses itself.
6. I choose to develop and care for my body, intellect, and spirit through regular practice.
I cultivate my body, mind, and spirit, because through this work I create my happiness and stability in life.
7. I choose to stand up for my choices, views, and values and to protect them from suppression and external threats because they are important to me.
I have the right to hold my own views, and no one has the right to take that away from me.
8. I choose not to offend or harm myself or other people while practicing this manifesto.
I strive to pursue my desires in ways that do not bring destruction or suffering to those around me.
9. I choose to consider other women who share my values as sisters, and to support and help them in every way I can if it is within my power.
There is not enough genuine support between women in the world, so I choose to see other women not as competitors but as sisters.
We can stand on the same side.
Acceptance of Creation
10. I choose to create beautiful and aesthetically pleasing creations and I accept beauty as a high value.
I strive to bring beauty into my life and into my creations – whether through art, language, music, personal style, the atmosphere around me, or any other form of expression.
11. I choose to love and be kind to my neighbor and to express love and kindness in my creations.
We all live on the same planet, and by treating others with kindness and respect I make this world a better place for everyone.
12. I choose to create with intention that serve my values and bring pleasure to myself and others.
When my actions and creations bring joy to me and have the potential to bring joy to others, I experience balance and inner harmony.
So Be It.
